Return Eligibility

You have 3 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Video Proof (UN-packing video)
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).
• Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided.

To request a return:

Eligible Reasons for Return
