We listened to customer feedback on the basic LiviTrainer and made innovations on it. The newly release LiviTrainer PRO, allows for dual adjustments in the paddings and the handles, which made the equipment much more versatile, and also tailor to people with different size and shapes. It can be used to perform more exercises, and cater for all your family members with different body shapes.
HOW TO USE?
The LiviTrainer can be easily installed and secured with a flip of a switch. The patent-pending suction cup design exerts ultra strong suction to the floor, allowing your to perform exercises such as leg raise or sit-up safely and securely. It can also be easily dismounted with a flip of the same switch, without damaging or leaving a mark on your floor.

What surfaces does it work on?
The LiviTrainers only work on smooth surfaces such as tiles, woods, glass and marble. It does not work on carpet due to the suction cup technology.
